Just translate the link text in this scenario, keep the formatting. If there is nothing to translate in a string, just copy the source text.

Other mods may provide UIs alternative to the stock keeper for ordering items, such as handheld remote stock keepers. These UIs are likely able to create production orders without explicit support. However, they will not be able to view pending production orders, and will not display <<notification,delivery notifications>>.
